We welcome the Pocahontas County Commission's resolution and directive to prohibit Eminent Domain on the Sharp farm.  We are grateful to the very many who helped us through three very difficult years.  We are confident that a site for the sewer treatment plant can be found in a suitable, safe location off the karst terrain and out of the flood zone that will serve all stakeholders in the community.
